Cherryl Moote, CZTCherryl Moote has been a paper artist for over thirty years. Her specialities include bookbinding, calligraphy, card making, rubber stamping and paper decorating. Cherryl has taught throughout North America and has published a series of books for paper enthusiasts. Grateful for the impact of many artistic mentors, she devotes a large part of her career to teaching, inspiring and connecting with other artists around the world. Cherryl teaches for guilds, stores and interest groups and she has been an instructor and lecture presentor at the international calligraphy conventions many times since 2001. Cherryl's natural teaching talent shines through in all her materials, allowing you to learn new techniques with maximum enjoyment and success. Cherryl is a Certified Zentangle Teacher. Holly Williams, CZT
I have been engaged in art in one form or another all of my life. I enjoy working with polymer clay, painting, etc, and have enjoyed the Zentangle art form since 2012. In October, 2014 I became a CZT (16), and am passionate about sharing the Zentangle process with others!
I have been a teacher for over 33 years! My profession was teaching Special Education Preschool. (Retired 3 years ago.) I have also taught hammered dulcimer. Since becoming a CZT, I have taught Zentangle at Jerry's Artarama in Colorado as well as at Sarasota Art & Frame in Florida. Melissa has a lifelong love of art and architecture, interests she got from her artistic family. Her art/craft career started as a paper arts retailer and teacher in 1994, when she opened Stampassion in Albany, NY. Melissa has taught extensively at Stampassion, and at craft industry shows. Her specialties include stamping techniques, color theory, mixed media, watercolor and Zentangle®.
Stampassion evolved from a brick and mortar rubber art stamp store to an online web store in 2010. Stampassion carries a complete line up of paper and mixed media products. Zentangle has fit beautifully with Melissa's other interests and endeavors, as she loves nothing more than to help others discover and develop the artist within. Melissa is a Certified Standard & Intermediate Copic Designer and a CZT#4. Marita Eng, CZT,My fascination with repetitive designs comes from years of working with needle and thread. My experience in teaching mathematics lead me to discover the beauty of structured patterns. I am a retired mathematics teacher and supervisor of mathematics for Duval County in Florida.In addition to being named the "Most Elder" CZT by Maria and Rick, I am also a Florida Teacher of the Year and the recipient of the Presidential Award for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics.

I am a CZT and an avid painter with a leaning towards and Indian folk art forms (Warli, Madhubani, Chittara, and Rangoli). My work has been published in Beckah Krahula's '500 Tangles' book. I have exhibited at the following art showings/exhibitions: • NC Museum of Art, work accepted for 'Art of the Auction 2013' • Cary Diwali Exhibition 2010, 2011, and 2012. • Art Expo at Credit Suisse in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012. • Display at West Regional Library in 2009. • Vendor booth at Cary Spring Daze 2008 & Cary Diwali 2007. Nysha Nelson, CZTAfter a career in cosmetology Nysha Nelson studied art first in a collegiate setting then with master painters in Miami. He has been a studio artist since 2004. Fibre art happened by chance in 2006. After years of playing with Zentangle he became a CZT in 2013 and has gone on to teach internationally.

I am a professional artist who has turned most of my work and teaching to Zentangle since becoming a CZT. I have taught art classes in acrylics, oils and now many in Zentangle. After graduating from New College, Satasota , Florida with an Area of Concentration in Drawing and Print Making, I worked for a number of years in the printing industry doing everything from running a printing press to graphic design. In 1982 I started my own freelance graphic design business and ran that until I retired. Throughout my career I have practiced many artforms but I have particular- ly enjoyed creating woodcuts and fused glass. I was introduced to Zentangle in January 2013 and became a CZT in June of 2014. I am grateful that my life journey has lead me to Zentangle and I find it fulfilling to share my knowledge with others.
