Tangle U will award two scholarships that are applied directly towards the tuition. The amount of the scholarship is at the discretion of the Scholarship Committee - the average award is $600. Scholarship recipients will be responsible for the balance. Receiving outside sources of funding will not be disqualify applicants from eligibility for scholarship funding. However, in no instance will the scholarship be the main source of outside funding, and awards may be adjusted to account for other funding sources.
In the event of cancellation by an awardee the scholarship is forfeited: the scholarship award is non-refundable, non-transferrable by an awardee to another attendee, and cannot be carried over to another year. Decisions by the Committee in all instances are final.
