April Classes
TangleU Gives Back! Spring Free Class! |
April 10, 3 - 5 EDT
Sliding scale with proceeds donated to the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. Join Elaine for another fun, all levels, no stress, Zentangle® inspired class! We'll use simple materials - just a black ink pen, pencil, and colored pencils, to create a lovely piece inspired by spring! And for this TangleU Productions Gives Back Class we have the opportunity to support the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. Durning the pandemic hunger and food insecurity has become a more pressing issue. I live in Western Massachusetts where it is estimated that food insecurity has increased by over 50% during the pandemic. The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts serves over 89,408 individuals monthly through food pantries, meal sites, shelters, childcare centers and elder care facilities. Click here for more information about The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. There is no charge for this Zoom class - donations to the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts are optional. Layered Faces with Leighanna LightWhen: April 17 & 18
Cost: $79 Live and Recorded class on Zoom. All registered tudents receive access to the recorded class. In this fun, fast paced workshop we will create an abstract of the face using a variety of techniques to build thick, deep layers on canvas. You will learn how to obtain a beautiful encaustic look without using messy hot wax & crock pots, as well as how to create depth, dimension, texture and contrast using very few and inexpensive supplies. You will learn to embrace your “mistakes” and you will gain a new perspective on ways to use materials that you might otherwise discard. Click Here for the Supply List |
