Cancellation Policy - TangleU 2023 ONLINE Individual registration
We understand that circumstances and change and it is sometimes necessary to cancel. The tuition includes a $350 non-refundable Registration Fee. Cancellations before October 16, 2022 will receive 100% of the amount paid in excess of the $350 Non-refundable Registration Fee. Cancellations on October 16, 2022 and before November 16, 2022 will receive 50% of the amount paid in excess of the $350 Non-refundable Registration Fee. Thereafter no refunds are available. Your account must be paid in full by December 1, 2022 you will be removed from the class roster. Payment plans will be billed through PayPal. By registering for the event you agree to this policy.
Cancellation Policy - Tangle U 2023 - ASHEVILLE - individual registration
We understand that circumstances and change and it is sometimes necessary to cancel. We strongly advise obtaining Trip Insurance. The tuition includes a $350 non-refundable Registration Fee. Cancellations before November 16, 2022 will receive 100% of the amount paid in excess of the $350 Non-refundable Registration Fee. Cancellations on November 16, 2022 and before January 16, 2023 will receive 50% of the amount paid in excess of the $350 non-refundable Registration Fee. There are no refunds after January 15, 2023 unless your spot is filled from a waiting list. Should this occur you will receive 100% of the amount paid in excess of the $350 Non-refundable Registration Fee. Payment Plans will be billed through PayPal. If the Covid Pandemic makes gathering in person unsafe, the event will be held on Zoom and you will be refunded an amount to compensate for room and catering. By registering for the event you agree to this policy.
Cancellation Policy - Two Event Registration - With Discounted Pricing
We understand that circumstances and change and it is sometimes necessary to cancel. The 20% discount is on the full tuition for the Online event and on the full Day Student Tuition for the Asheville event (including meals). Your choice of hotel accommodation for the Asheville event is not discounted. The tuition includes a $350 non-refundable Registration Fee for each event. Payment Plans will be billed through PayPal. If you cancel either or both events the remaining event is billed at full price and any refunds are calculated with TangleU retaining an amount equal to a full priced refund. If the Covid Pandemic makes gathering in person unsafe, the event will be held on Zoom and you will be refunded an amount to compensate for room and catering. By registering for the event you agree to this policy.
Online Event only: Should you cancel your attendance in the Online event or your account is not up to date on December 1, 2022 you will be removed from the Online class roster, forfeit the $350 Non-Refundable Registration fee and your Asheville registration will be converted to a non-discounted registration. All funds in excess of the $350 Non-refundable Registration Fee for the Online event will be credited towards your Asheville billing.
Asheville Event only: Cancellations before November 16, 2022 will be credited 100% of the amount paid in excess of the $350 Non-refundable Registration Fee towards the full price of $945 for the online event. If there is an excess amount you will be refunded 100% of the excess. Cancellations on November 16, 2022 and before January 16, 2023 will be credited 100% of the amount paid in excess of the $350 Non-refundable Registration Fee towards the full price of $945 for the online event. If there is an excess amount you will be refunded 38% of the excess. There are no refunds after January 15, 2023 unless your spot is filled from a waiting list. Should this occur you will receive 100% of the amount paid in excess of the $350 Non-refundable Registration Fee. Payment Plans will be billed through PayPal.
